judge who cancelled elections in Serbia in 1996 awarded Bel Pagette
to Braca Karic Group, in December 1995

As
early as May 1991, Bel Pagette was on-air in Belgrade, Yugoslavia, with over 4,000 subscribers
by the end of that year; in year 1995, the number of users had increased
to over 25,000. Bel Pagette was also instrumental in the creation
of 1993 of Bel Pagette Poland, which now (operating under the Easy
Call TM trade name) has also approximately 35,000 subscribers.
In 1994, Mr. Zoran Markovic started
operations in Bucharest, by opening Bel Pagette Romania. Bel Pagette
Romania was sold to COMET Holding AS, subsidiary of Telenor
of Norway. Group also establishing Bel Pagette Italy based in
Trieste. The Italian operations were launched under the EUROMESSAGE
(466.075 MHz) system. Following preliminary agreements with SIP
(Telecom Italy), final agreement for rates and tariffs were not
successfully completed and the operations were closed after 15 months.
Also in 1994, Bel Pagette Belgrade extended its operations with
new paging centers in Montenegro and Kosovo.
Mr. Markovic's core paging strategy
is the accelerated deployment of his paging networks in new and
emerging markets throughout Europe with new, creative approach Personal
Integrated Messaging Services - PIMS in new and emerging markets
throughout Europe.
